     Anyone who is 19 years of age or older and is of legal age to purchase vaping products in their province of residence.
  2. Q: How to place an order?

     Simply add the items you like to cart and enter the checkout process.
  3. Q: When will my order be shipped?
    A:
    Once we receive your order, it goes into the queue to be packed and shipped. If your order is received in the morning before the cut-off time, 1:00 p.m. (EDT) most likely it will be shipped the same day. Occasionally delays due to inventory, weekends, holidays, sales or shipping partner delays can happen, so customers should expect 1 – 3 days.
  4. Q: Where to pick up my order?

    According to your billing/shipping address, we deliver your order to our local pickup point partner which is closest to you and we will notify you once it is ready for pickup. You must show your Valid Photo ID when you pick up your order.
  5. Q: How long will I have to wait for the order?
    A:
    Most orders are received within 1-5 business days, further delays could occur during busy seasons.  On time delivery is not guaranteed.  
  6. Q: How to pay for my order?
    A:
    The products we sell online is age restricted, we do not charge you until our local pickup point parter verifies your age. You pay your order once your legal age is confirmed.

  9. Q: How to return or exchange my order?
    A:
    Our policy lasts 7 days. Due to personal use of vaping products, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You may return your item for an exchange if it is defective or damaged, but you still need to return it together with the original packaging. No refunds will be given for any reason.
    If you need to return an item, please email us at support@centuryvapes.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will instruct you as soon as possible on how to return items.
  10. Q: Why do I see condensation in the device pod barrel?
    A:
    Condensation in pod barrel is normal. To keep your device unit in good working order, check your pod barrel regularly and clean condensation with a cotton swab. If condensation forms in pod cartridge, simply remove the pod cartridge from the device, place a tissue at the top of the pod cartridge mouthpiece and blow air through the bottom of the pod cartridge. The tissue will absorb the condensation and you can resume vaping. Never blow into the pod cartridge mouthpiece, air should only flow in one direction. Do not attempt to troubleshoot any device appearing to behave abnormally. If you have any issues with your devices please follow the warranty steps.
